If you don't want to create a filter and use the existing link, the best way would probably be to edit the template and change the URL so it fetches the statuses you want. You'd need to edit the following line (the URL corresponds to the resources folder in your installation):

  • /templates/operator/default/ticket/sidebar-grid.twig#L60
You can change it to the following and it'll fetch tickets with the status ID 1, 3 and 4. You may need to edit it if you've added other statuses or don't want to show one of these:

<a href="{{ route('ticket.operator.ticket') ~ '?department=' ~ department.id }}&status=1,3,4">
